Long Term Evolution (LTE) is a
wireless standard for support broadband services to hand
held devices like cellphones and tablets. LTE is often
referred to as a 4G (Fourth Generation) technology, due
to its significant improvement over previous technology.
Public Safety has selected 700 MHz LTE as the technology broadband services and the National Public Safety Broadband network. |
