Conceptual SolutionCreating a conceptual solution is an important step, before initiating an RFP. The conceptual solution describes how the system will look, who is impacted, how requirements might be fulfilled.The conceptual solution also provides an estimated total cost, based on the requirements specified. This is important to confirm that the organization is prepared to fund a solution as described. The cost/benefit of some requirements may come into question based on the total cost. Support activities, effort and cost are another important component of the coneptual solution. Can the organization support the solution, is a question that should be answered before procuring a new solution. RFP/RFQ Preparation & AnalysisWillowFalls can prepare the
complete RFP or the Technical Statement of
Requirements to fit within the
clients' standard RFP process.
RFP analysis can include
preparation of the analysis methodology and
rating system, as well as review and rating of

Implementation ManagementWorking with
